Booking with Us
By scheduling an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms. Nothing complicated—just a few essentials to keep things smooth for everyone
.2. Appointments
Booking: Schedule online or give us a call—we’ll take care of the rest.
Cancellations: Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Rebooking is at the stylist’s discretion. Please be respectful.
Late Arrivals: Running behind? We’ll do our best, but your service time may be adjusted or you may need to reschedule to keep things on track.
3. Our Services

4. Payments
Payment is due at the end of your service. We accept most credit cards.
5. Gift Cards
Give great hair. Our gift cards are available for purchase and follow the terms provided at the time of issuance.
6. Salon Etiquette
We’re all about creating a welcoming, positive space. Inappropriate behavior? Not our vibe. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.
7. Liability
Your safety is our priority, but some things are beyond our control. If you have allergies or sensitivities, let your stylist know before your service. Salon Annora isn’t responsible for reactions or injuries that may occur.
8. Keeping Things Fresh
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website, and by continuing to book with us, you’re agreeing to any updates.
